La Guillotine 8,5° TORP - 2L Keg
It pours clear blonde with a thick, fluffy lasting white head. The aroma is sweetish, bready malt, biscuit, cereal, nuttiness, touch of sweet estery fruits... pear and melon in particular, hay and grass. The taste is crisp, firmly dry, some lingering grassy bitterness, straw, cereal, nuttiness, kick of booze, dry wood, spicy, light pear and melon in the backdrop and a slight metallic twang with a lingering bitter - dry finish. Medium+ body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. I didn't expect that bitterness which wards off it being too sweet. A pretty decent strong blonde by all accounts.
