From Tuesday 12 May 2020, it will be possible again to send post parcels to Europe, the United States, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Singapore and South Korea
Dear clients,
Following the COVID-19 epidemic, we decided to temporarily stop selling our products outside Europe (except some countries, see below). Consultation of our shop is always possible, but you will not be able to order if you live outside the Europe (except some countries, see below), and this for an indefinite period.
Like other postal operators, due to the reduced number and capacity of available flights, Bpost is temporarily unable to send mail and parcels to destinations outside of Europe (except some countries, see below). For the moment, we are obliged to declare a situation of force majeure and to cease, with immediate effect, to accept orders destined for countries outside Europe (except some countries, see below), and this, until a transport capacity sufficient is available again.
From Tuesday 12 May 2020, it will be possible again to send post parcels to the United States, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Singapore and South Korea
Please note: you must still take delays into account. The number of flights and their capacity is still very limited, and we are dependent on the local situation for deliveries. That means we cannot currently guarantee delivery times for shipments to these countries. We will of course do all we can to deliver your parcels as quickly as possible.
It is not yet possible to send parcels to other countries. Bpost is closely following developments and we will inform you as soon as the situation changes.
However, our system being based on e-commerce, the business is not closed.
We are available by email for:
• Answer all your questions and questions
• Advise and support you on your future order
• Honor your orders placed on the site
In the latter case, please note that we will not have a delivery date to communicate to you given the circumstances.
We thank you very much for your understanding, and we hope to return to normal activity as soon as possible.
Protect yourself well, protect others well.
