"Archer Taves"!
While visiting Ireland, I discovered this wonderful cider. Although it took be a bit of casting about to learn its true name since the Irish barkeep who introduced it to me pronounced it "Archer Taves". However it's pronounced, it's exceptional. As a fan of cider, I was dismayed to find it isn't available in the US. More the shame! However, enter Sub-Torp and problem solved. A bit pricey, but worth it IMHO. Only drawback is that transoceanic shipping and customs are a bit dicey these days so it takes more than a little while to actually get here. But that just means I have to order while I still have a good stock tucked away.
