We are ringing in autumn with this characterful bock beer! Roasted rye malt has been added to the traditional Haarlem brewing grains barley, oats and wheat. Discover this tasty beer with roasted and fruity notes. The roasted bitterness is reminiscent of dark chocolate mixed with red fruit.
Name
Haarlem's city recipes mandated the use of 3 brewing grains: barley, wheat and oats. In Germany, where the bock beer comes from, rye malt is still brewed. That is why we have sought a combination between the German and the Haarlem tradition.
